By engaging with 12 Tribes Doula Services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. This agreement governs the provision of all services offered by 12 Tribes Doula Services, including but not limited to labor support, belly binding, placenta encapsulation, and parent support.
Scope of Services
The scope of services provided by 12 Tribes Doula Services will be outlined and agreed upon in advance with each client. Services may vary based on individual needs and preferences and will be detailed in a personalized service agreement.
Payment and Fees
Clients are responsible for the payment of all fees associated with services provided by 12 Tribes Doula Services. Payment terms and amounts will be clearly communicated and agreed upon prior to the commencement of services. Failure to adhere to payment terms may result in the suspension or termination of services.
Cancellation Policy
Clients are required to provide advance notice in the event of appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee being applied. 12 Tribes Doula Services reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee in accordance with the terms outlined in the service agreement.
Confidentiality
All client information and discussions shared with 12 Tribes Doula Services will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. We are committed to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of our clients and will not disclose any personal or sensitive information without explicit consent.
Liability Waiver
Clients engage with 12 Tribes Doula Services at their own risk. While every effort will be made to provide safe and effective services, 12 Tribes Doula Services and its staff shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the provision of services.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia, United States. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, through the appropriate legal channels in accordance with applicable laws.
